Hess Business Professionals & Associates LLC Announcing Michigan Works Approved Funding On The Virtual Career Training Program

Sterling Heights, MI -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/03/2010 -- Michigan Works has approved state funding for the Virtual Career Training Program to be offered at Utica Community Schools in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The virtual career training package follows a system of training created by Diane M. Hess, Sr. Executive Officer of Hess Business Professionals & Associates, LLC. The training program is open to individuals interested to improve their skills and become a virtual professional.

Training programs for virtual professionals have grown in the last five years as the market for virtual careers continues to expand. The global market for virtual assistance has been estimated to reach more than $127 billion. These growth prospects underline the need to introduce the right education and accredited training programs to produce a better-skilled, more reliable virtual workforce of internet professionals.

Michigan Works approved programs have been set up to prepare job seekers for employment and provide the additional training skilled applicants and former employees going through a career transition need to get back into the workforce. With the economic slump Michiganders face, Michigan Works and its associates look for every opportunity to support high quality, ethically sound, and advantageous career training.

Utica Community Schools Training and Development Center provides a number of Michigan Works approved programs, which like the Virtual Career Training program are designed to train and educated students in seeking out new career choices. The Virtual Career Training program takes into account the individual’s level of experience and the skills-set he or she will need to get into the virtual market.

“They should not just think of finding a job,” says Diane M. Hess. “They can actually become their own bosses and establish a successful virtual business. They only need to get the right education, training, and mind-set.”

Trainees will receive the Certified Virtual Seal of Professionalism emblem in a jpeg format, hard copy certificate at the end of the training program. They will also receive an extensive toolkit to launch their careers as a virtual professional, tips on how to register and set up their business, resources on various aspects of business including business contracts and forms, and many more.

After completion of training, they will be added to the Certified Virtual Professionals LinkedIn Network Group for virtual professionals, to assist them in connecting with other virtual professionals who may have a need for a sub contractor or willing to barter services in place of experience or additional training secrets to building their online business.

Classes will run for six weeks, or a total of 18 training hours. Trainees may choose between two schedules:

Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., June 22 to July 29, 2010 or
Wednesday and Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., July 7 to August 13, 2010.
