Semiconductor tycoon, Micron Technology (NYSE:MU) plans to bid, conditional on market and other considerations, USD 220 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes pending on 2033 and USD 220 million total principal amount of convertible senior notes pending for 2033 via an offering in the United States to capable institutional buyers.

The share price of Micron Technology (NYSE:MU) is ranging between $7.70 and $8.06. It was 1.59% higher at $7.99. During the past 52 weeks, the stock has ranged from a high of $9.16 to a low of $5.16. So far this year, shares have gained 26.18% and 1-year performance stands around +3.56%.
