AllYouNeedIsEcuador - Global Tourism Campaign by Ecuador

The first day of this month saw some 19 foot letters placed across 19 cities that have come forward and have agreed to contribute to the cause of promoting tourism in Ecuador. These letters when arranged together would form the name of the campaign, called “AllYouNeedIsEcuador”. This is introduced by the Ministry of Tourism with the main intention of increasing tourism within this country.

Quito, Ecuador -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/18/2014 -- Ecuador, a country present among the dense Amazon Rain Forests in South America brings to life four completely different regions, the Pacific Coast, the Amazon Jungle, the Andes Mountains and an isolated region that can be considered as a world heritage site among the natural world. This 98.985 square miles i.e. just about 256.370 km2 country, has the highest active volcanoes in the world, the mysterious and beauty struck Galapagos islands, a dense Amazon forest with a number of unknown species and a white sandy coastline welcoming the high waves. With a variety of tourist attractions present in this miniature country, there is a considerable rise in the tourism industry here. The tourism industry is the fourth largest source of earning for the Ecuadorian economy. It has also been the chief source of employment within the country and is said to be increasing by about 20% each year. The country was recently visited by about 1.3 million tourists in 2013 and 2014. This number is further said to rise to 1.5 million in the coming year. The Ministry of Tourism has thus come up with the unique idea to attract more people to come forward and take the Ecuador Tours.

19 cities across the world, among which 7 are a part of Ecuador, have come forward to promote tourism in this adventurous nature enthralled country. Prominent cities such as Sao Paulo, Paris, Madrid, New York, Bogota, Santiago, Lima, Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires and Mexico City along with the Ecuadorian cities such as Manta, Loja, Tena, Cuenca, Guayaquil, Quito and Santa Cruz are the ones who have come forward for this cause. Each city, contained an alphabet that is designed differently as per the culture, living and specialty present within it. The Ministry has also been granted the privilege to use the original song, “All You Need is Love”, sung by the Beatles which was released in 1967. This song is embedded in the promotional pieces that will be soon circulated across the world.

With the Ministry, focusing on increasing the tourism by attracting more and more people using many different ways, travel agencies and tour organizers have also come forward to support this cause. Being a part of this huge profit gaining industry within Ecuador, Nature Galapagos & Ecuador, one of the leading tour operators in Quito as well as experts in Galapagos Tours, Cruise deals and Ecuador travel packages is giving in its best to support this cause. There are various Ecuador Tour plans along with a few Galapagos Tour options that a tourist can select from.
