Also, for marketing purposes, the glassware currently used needs to be upgraded. No longer will the flavored liqueurs be delivered in Mason Jars, but rather permanent glass and plastic bottles that will allow for a variety of sizes varying from 8oz, 16oz, 24oz, and 32oz bottles in addition to the labels.
AnaCapri Limoncello Company's strength is marketing. Currently, they have obtained the proper licensure and permits to produce, sell, and market their product. With already over 100 field participants tested, they plan to build on their success through a grass roots campaign. The use of social media platforms will also keep customers informed. Regional bars, restaurants, and an alcohol distributor have already shown interest in their line of flavored liqueurs.
