Azteca Acquisition Corp (PINK: AZTA) Approves Merger with Cine Latino

Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/12/2013 -- Azteca Acquisition Corp (PINK: AZTA) held a special meeting of the company’s stockholders and public warrant holders on 10th March, 2013 where they company approved the merger with Cine Latino, Inc. and InterMedia Español Holdings which AZTA had announced previously.

Azteca Acquisition Corp’s stockholders and the public warrant holders received a notice about the Record Date and the voting materials which were related to the special meetings in the coming future.

AZTA expected that the special meeting of public warrant holders would be held on 4th April, 2013. The definitive proxy materials for the special meeting were provided electronically on the website of Securities and Exchange Commission. It was mailed to AZTA’s stockholders and the public warrant holders. Once made available, the stockholders and warrant holders were advised to review the material provided very carefully.
