Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/22/2013 -- Azteca Acquisition Corp (PINK:AZTA) is going to merge with two subsidiaries of InterMedia Partners. The Cine Latino and InterMedia Espanol will hold hands with Azteca Acquisition Corp in the near future.

Hemisphere Media Group Inc is the new name decided for the above said companies. About $400M is expected out of this merger. More details will be discussed in a conference call between the Azteca Acquisition Corp and InterMedia Partners.

Azteca Acquisition Corp ended the stock market yesterday with a 0.49% decrease and its share price stands at $10.53. Its share price varied from $9.68 to $10.18 in the past year. The company has outstanding shares of 21.50M lately.
