The withdrawals will leave Best Buy with four vacant situations on its 11-member board. The firm’s fortunes have faltered as customers increasingly use its big box stores as showrooms for goods they end up purchasing online at Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) and other sites.
