Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/12/2013 -- Bio Matrix Scientific Group Inc (PINK: BMSN) entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release Agreement with Plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs filed a complaint against BMSN, David Koos, the chairman of BMSN and Entest BioMedical, Inc. in the District Court Middle District of the State of Pennsylvania. Plaintiffs demanded the damages in the excess of $125,000 from BMSN. Plaintiffs further alleged breach of contract, breach of implied in fact contract and unjust enrichment by BMSN and Entest BioMedical, Inc.

Bio Matrix Scientific Group is a developmental stage company. Regen BioPharma is BSMN’s subsidiary which has formulated HemaXellerate I™ which is a new stem cell drug to fight Aplastic Anemia.
