Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/13/2013 -- BioNitrogen Corp (PINK:BION) has recently declared placement of 12 percent secured Debentures. The purpose of these Secured Convertible Debentures is to increase the gross up to $1.5 million. The debentures will mature by the year end 2013 and will be bearing 12 percent interest on them per annum. As these are convertible debentures, the investor can convert them to common share any time at the price of $0.20 per share.

BioNitrogen Corp is operating in utilizing proprietary technology to build plants for the conversion of biomass to urea fertilizer. The company aims to provide safe, healthy and cheap green solution at urea and biomass consuming location.

BioNitrogen Corp couldn’t perform well today in trading session and declined about 9 percent to close at $0.155.
