The Thursday sale will begin at 9 am with an Antique Roadshow style appraisal. Men, women, boys, and girls can purchase a ticket for $12 and get up to 2 items appraised by one of two appraisers that will be at the event. There will also be a short talk on antiques and collectibles, and what is "in" in the market right now! Specializing in home liquidation and estate auctions in NJ, Bodnar's Auction is the largest auction house in central New Jersey, and proceeds from the tickets will be donated to the Cape May Community Food Closet.

Not long ago, he came across a collection of early advertising he thought would be perfect for this sale. It has a collection of tin signs, buckets, jars, boxes, spool cabinets, bottles, glass signs, and so much more.
There will also be a fantastic gold coin collection, including many early $20 gold pieces, gold Sovereigns, and many gold foreign coins. You can't think about Cape May without thinking Victorian. There is a beautiful collection of Victorian furniture, including sofas, a painted face grandfather clock, many great carved pieces, as well as mother of pearl inlaid pieces. Of course, it wouldn't be complete without beautiful wildlife pieces, including the fantastic birds that inhabit Cape May. There is artwork by the famous local artist James Fiorentino including a heron, a snowy owl, and more. There are also beautiful Boehm pieces that come alive as you look at them.
