Orlando Based Call Center Expects to Add 200 New Jobs throughout 2013
Grand Rapids, MI -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/30/2013 -- Booking.com, an online hotel reservation company committed to providing business and leisure travelers with cost effective options, recently announced their Orlando location’s 2013 expansion plans which include the addition of an expected 200 new jobs.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor, the current unemployment rate in Orlando as of January 2013 is 7.5%. In this challenging economic climate, Booking.com’s expansion announcement is certainly good news for local residents seeking employment opportunities.

Approximately 30 positions are currently available, with another 30 positions to open in February.
According to Site Director Cindy Elenbaas, most of these new positions are customer service focused, involving communicating via email and telephone with customers facing travel booking challenges. But, additional opportunities for supervisory, quality assurance and administrative roles will also become available throughout this calendar year.
