Chosen Writing Add Phone Support to Their Website

Conwy, Wales -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/04/2012 -- Chosen Writing, the UK-based web content writing company have added a telephone support to their service.

Initially the company offered extensive assistance over email and Skype, but they have now taken the unprecedented step of adding a telephone number for clients and prospective clients to call.

Chosen Writing’s owner said: “We found the vast majority of our clients asked us for a telephone number – they wanted to discuss projects over the phone, not through email. We’ve adapted our service to offer our users a seamless experience – instead of them having to request a telephone number from us, there’s now one there for them to use, should they need to.”

Since the launch back at the end of August, Chosen Writing’s website has gone from strength to strength with a series of new features and services being offered due to popular demand from clients. The telephone contact option is just the latest addition the Chosen Writing team has made.

The telephone number that Chosen Writing now have on show is only for use by their UK clients and it is charged at local rates.

Also noteworthy is the fact that Chosen Writing recently adjusted their rates for all writing services – removing the 5,001 – 10,000 word band – instead opting for a much more simple three tier pricing system. The addition of a press release writing service was also welcomed by Chosen Writing’s strong client base – although press release writing is charged on a piece rate basis, instead of by the word.

Industry sources have indicated that further changes are likely to come on Chosen Writing’s website as the needs of customers evolve. An upsurge in the amount of orders that Chosen Writing have been receiving since the recent Google update has also meant that delivery times have been adversely impacted, suggesting the company may well need to look into investing in a long term hiring plan to ensure that future orders can be met on time.
