Michael G. Carlton, president of Crescent State Bank (www.crescentstatebank.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Crescent Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global MarketSM), has announced that Felicia Evans Woodard has joined the bank’s Cary office as vice president and commercial relationship banker.
