Craftsvilla.com has launched COD with their top 100 sellers to start with and will extend to other 5000+ sellers in next few months. Craftsvilla.com currently offers COD on over 10,000+ products among its vast collection of 300,000+ products.

Apart from offering their existing customers an extra payment method via cash, Craftsvilla.com is lookng to acquire new customers, especially in tier-2 towns in India, using Cash on Delivery. Craftsvilla.com currently does not charge customers extra fee for COD and does not have any lower price limit for Cash on Delivery orders. Cash on delivery is available on most items in popular bridal lehenga, handicrafts and jewellery categories. The average order value of COD orders is very high currently and returns have been fairly low.
