Dalyla Santos Is a Women of Tomorrow Mentor

Dalyla Santos of the Alonso, Perez & Santos law firm recently began her new mentoring program with Women of Tomorrow, a mentor and scholarship program at Jose Marti MAST Academy.

Miami, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/14/2017 -- Women of Tomorrow aims to empower, motivate, and inspire young at-risk women to realize their full potential through a one-of-a-kind mentoring program spearheaded by successful, accomplished, professional women and the opportunity for scholarships. The program seeks to meet the needs of teenage girls attending public schools across the United States that are considered to be at risk. These programs are designed to help girls overcome whatever obstacles they may be facing into opportunities by instilling values and skills such as confidence and motivation.

Each month, Ms. Santos meets with young girls to mentor them on college topics and acquainting them with speakers working in fields the girls may be interested in, helping them navigate the transition from high school students to college students.

Dalyla Santos moved to the United States at the age of fourteen and would go on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and Marketing from the University of Central Florida before continuing her studies at Florida A&M University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in December 2008. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2009.
