Proton Power to Acquire Spower - Deal Analysis from GlobalData - New Report Available
Proton Power Systems plc (Proton Power) designs, manufactures and develops fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems. Through its subsidiary Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH it has agreed to acquire SPower Holding GmbH, a provider and integrator of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products, diesel generators, solar systems and batteries, and its subsidiary SPower GmbH, for a purchase consideration of $6.68m.
