Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that Fred Dickens, senior commercial advisor at the firm, negotiated the 5,954 square foot lease at the Concourse Building located at One Copley Parkway in Morrisville for Oxygen Biotherapeutics Inc. The building covers 131,335 square feet and offers ample parking, shower facilities and close proximity to restaurants, hotels and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties represented the landlord, Concourse Associates, in this negotiation.
