Experience the Exciting Adventures of Hansel and Gretel Presented by Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Coming This October

Carlisle, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/29/2017 -- Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet is excited to announce that its fall production of Hansel and Gretel is approaching and invites children and adults alike to experience the Brothers Grimm tale live on-stage. The ballet school near York County encourages those who wish to attend the performances to purchase tickets as soon as possible to ensure admission to this highly-anticipated show. Created and choreographed by Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's Director of Artistic Programming, Alan Hineline, this year's production of Hansel and Gretel is sure to be a treat for the whole family.

Hineline's hour-long production of the storybook fantasy Hansel and Gretel not only exposes guests to the wonderful world of dance and theatre , but also offers some key life lessons. For example, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. This is accurately portrayed when Hansel and Gretel stumble upon a candy house in the middle of the forest. The candy house was, of course, a trap and too good to be true. Another key lesson is to always take care of one another. This is prevalent throughout the entire story as the dynamic brother and sister duo never leave each other's side.

Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet welcomes new and returning theatre-goers to enjoy this year's fall reprisal of Hansel and Gretel at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts located in Harrisburg, Pa.
