Community Church starts Nationwide "Occupy Farmers Insurance" Campaign.
Dallas, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 01/08/2013 -- Thousands of people, including senior citizens, veterans, at-risk youth, single parents, disabled, teachers and those seeking employment opportunities have lost opportunities in the southern sector of Dallas, Fort Worth and Collin County, Texas. Pastor Robert Dyson, of the International Church of Overcomers, has been asking questions about why Farmers Insurance has delayed in honoring the churches claim for a loss that was reported on August 13, 2012. Pastor Dyson questions why Farmers has yet to settle the claim after all paperwork and documentation has been provided per Farmer’s requests. Farmers Insurance, including Help Point Services employees Jim Folsom, Lauren Baker and Paul Antonucci, have exceeded the 90 days allowed to settle a claim according to Lauren Baker in a recorded conversation and now or reaching 150 days and a new year. Well the church has set a New Year’s Resolution.

Church officials have reached out to anyone that can understand their pain to assist them with Occupy Farmers in hope for justice. Farmers have grossly surpassed deadlines from the state regulatory agency and the policy deadlines they issued their policyholder. Individuals health were put at risk by neglecting the churches plea to provide the necessary funds to address the issues that Farmers knew were covered under the policy and was due to the vandalism of the facility by children. Instead Farmers representatives have been on a mission to place the blame on one of the church's officers.

The church is asking the following Farmers executives to provide the answers to why the claim not has been settled despite the church’s efforts to provide all documentation Farmer’s has asked for: Jefferey John Dailey CEO/President; Dr. Axel P. Lehmann, Chairman and Group Chief Risk Officer; Scott Lindquist, Thomas J. White, Leonard H. Gelfand, Mhayse Samalya, Susan Bithell, Stephen Boshoven, Todd Brooks, Jerry Carnahan and Keitha Schofield. Could the lack of care be because none of the individuals listed above and the adjusters live in the area despite the number agencies near the church that sell Farmers policies? IS THIS BAD FAITH OR IS THIS JUST THE WAY FARMERS DOES BUSINESS despite their logo saying “Symbol for Superior Service” and their motto of “Gets you back where you belong.” So the question was asked what does bad service look like and where does the church need to be out of business?

The church has stated that they will petition the White House for answers because they are convinced that if this can happen to them ,then it can happen to any American.
