They sold them to each other and also to the local companies around the town on their lunch break. All in all £233 was raised for Children in Need.

For two years running, the team at TheHolidayCottages.co.uk have taken part in Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life at Millfield School in Street, Somerset in 2007 and 2008. They have also taken part in Run 10K at Longleat Safari Park in 2007 and 2008. This month they ran their 3rd Run 10K event and are well on their way to raising another £1000 for Cancer Research UK, an amazing charity which holds a special place in their hearts. Team Leader James Grant crossed the line in under 58 minutes, a record for the company, and he was followed closely by Peter Gatenby and his son Charles Gatenby who owns the company along with his wife Jo.
