Potash Corp./Saskatchewan (USA) (NYSE:POT) shares jumped 2.31% and closed at $41.11 in the last trading session. The company, on Jan. 30, announced that it and its wholly owned subsidiary PCS Sales (USA) Inc. have settled eight private antitrust lawsuits, which were filed by direct and indirect purchasers of potash in the United States in U.S. federal courts in 2008, for a total of $43.75 million. The settlements are subject to final approval of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE:CVC) shares increased 2.22% and closed at $14.27 in yesterday’s session. The company, on Mar. 11, said that it has appointed Gregg Seibert as vice chairman. In addition to the new leadership position, Seibert will continue to serve as the company's chief financial officer, reporting to James Dolan, Cablevision president and chief executive officer.

Additionally, the company will begin trading ex-dividend on March 13, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.15 per share is scheduled to be paid on April 03, 2013. The company, on Mar. 11, announced today that a subsidiary of the Company has entered into a purchase and sale agreement (the "Agreement") with Duke-American Transmission Company, LLC, a joint venture between Duke Energy and American Transmission Co., to sell the Company's interests in the Path 15 transmission project (the "Sale"), including Atlantic Path 15 Transmission, LLC, Atlantic Holdings Path 15, LLC and Atlantic Path 15, LLC.
