The NC Center For Women In Public Service Announces Women In Office Institute Graduates

Annette Taylor, executive director of the NC Center for Women in Public Service (NCCWPS), a nonpartisan organization that prepares women for elected and appointed offices statewide, hosted its 8th annual commencement ceremony for the graduates of its Women in Office Institute on July 23 in the Dinwiddie Chapel at Peace College, featuring the Honorable Barbara Jackson, N.C. Supreme Court Associate Justice as the keynote speaker. The Women in Office Institute is an intensive political leadership program for women interested in public office that incorporates training from statewide experts in ethics, fundraising and public relations.
