Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/15/2013 -- Green Innovations Ltd (OTC:GNIN) announced that Green Hygienics, Inc. which is the company’s wholly owned subsidiary has signed an inventory financing agreement worth $1 million with Crossroads Financial, LLC. According to the Agreement, Crossroads would provide Green Hygienics with secured inventory lines of credit up to $1 million.

Chief Executive Officer of Green Innovations, Mr. Bruce Harmon stated that the management is pleased to establish a valued inventory funding relationship with Crossroads. He added that the relationship will serve as strategic tool for GNIN to move forward. It would allow the company to raise additional revenues and grow the business. It would further prepare the company to complete large product orders without having to issue new shares.
