Fellerman of Kingston, PA, has just been appointed president of the Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) Trial Lawyers Association. This association of lawyers comes together to better advocate for clients and give them a voice. Not only do they aim to protect a victim's rights, but also to tell the stories of those who've been injured or taken advantage of. Lawyers from across 17 counties are part of the association, and all of them want to make a difference in the communities they serve.
Defending the Constitution is of the utmost importance to Fellerman and the Northeast Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, specifically The Seventh Amendment which codifies the right to a jury trial in certain civil cases, and inhibits courts from overturning a jury's findings of fact. Fellerman attended Kings College where he received his B.A, Wilkes University where he received his MBA, and Widener School of Law where he earned his law degree. He also served as a clerk for the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. After admission to the bar, Fellerman became a member of the Luzerne County District Attorney's office, handling criminal matters for eight years. Fellerman finally established a private law practice in Scranton, PA, in 2000.
