Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/21/2013 -- Growlife Inc (OTC:PHOT) has recently announced that the company has signed letter of intent for strategic licensing with GrowLife Consulting Colorado(GLCC). The agreement states that GLCC will be allowed to utilize the name GrowLife in Colorado. GLCC will be in return paying the fee to Growlife (PHOT) for use of company name, intellectual property and technology rights.

The letter of Intention will be closing on March 8, 2013. Growlife has the choice to obtain ownership of GLCC.
