An awards breakfast will be held on Wednesday, March 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Valencia Ballroom in York to recognize each of the selected 29 Central Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organizations and their leaders for developing creative ways to help the region's citizens.
