Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation (NYSE:CDE) shares decreased 2.44% to $13.59. The company on Sept. 9 announced that Hans Rasmussen has joined the Company as Vice President of Exploration effective September 9, 2013. Mr. Rasmussen takes over the senior exploration role from Don Birak who has served Coeur in that capacity since 2004. Most recently Mr. Rasmussen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colombia Crest Gold Corporation, a public company with gold exploration in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.

KB Home (NYSE:KBH) shares increased 0.65% to $17.15. The company on Sept. 9 announced that it has promoted Todd Holder to president of its Jacksonville division. In his role, Holder is responsible for all of KB Home's operations throughout the Northeast Florida market, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.
Additionally, Fitch Ratings on August 27 said that it has affirmed KB Home's (KBH: Quote) Issuer Default Rating at 'B+' and senior unsecured rating at 'B+/RR4'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.

Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:CY) stock decreased 0.43% to $11.68. The company on Sept. 10 announced that LSI has selected Cypress's parallel nonvolatile Static Random Access Memories (nvSRAMs) for its new 12Gb/s SAS Host Bus Adapters (HBA) for high-performance servers, workstations and external storage systems. The nvSRAMs provide the SAS HBAs with high-speed and low-voltage fail-safe memory that enhances LSI's solutions. LSI also chose the parallel nvSRAM for its flexibility to operate at different voltages and for its established track record as a journal memory.
Additionally, the company on Sept. 11 announced three new USB 3.0 solutions that enable new applications of the 5-Gbps SuperSpeed USB 3.0 standard.
