(NYSE:NS) shares fell by 7% to $47.00 following a downgrade in its rating by Credit Suisse to Underperform from Bestdamnpennystocks Neutral with a cut in its price target by 4% to $47 per share citing distribution risk to a cut following TexStar's termination of the NGL acquisition.

Credit Suisse commented, "In our view, the crude AND NGL acquisitions were essential to ensuring NS' ability to cover its distribution by 2014. Based on our estimates, NS will not cover its distribution until 2016. Given the material impact of this failed transaction, we expect units to once again reflect the risk of a distribution cut."

Prana Biotechnology Limited (ADR) (NASDAQ:PRAN) shares were up 1% to $2.46 after the company announced the upcoming presentation of new data demonstrating the ability of PBT2 to reduce the damage to brain cells, caused by the accumulation of the tau protein and preventing subsequent cognitive impairment.

The findings were in consistence with the improvement in cognition previously reported in transgenic Alzheimer's mice studies and validate the metal targeting mechanism of action of PBT2 and the new data will be presented by Prana scientist Associate Professor Paul Adlard at the 11th International Conference on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease, to be held in Florence, Italy, March 6th to 10th, 2013.

Rudy Tanzi, the Rose and Joseph Kennedy Professor of Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and Prana's Chief Scientific Advisor, said, "These findings provide further evidence for PBT2 as a highly attractive therapeutic for Alzheimer's disease that targets both beta amyloid deposition and tangle formation. Translating these dual effects into the clinic could potentially provide tremendous benefit for patients."
