NetEase, Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ:NTES) shares increased 2.17% to $53.14 in yesterday’s session. The company last month announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. Total revenues for the fourth quarter of 2012 were RMB2.3 billion (US$373.5 million), compared to RMB2.0 billion and RMB2.1 billion for the preceding quarter and the fourth quarter of 2011, respectively. Net profit for the fourth quarter of 2012 totaled RMB1.0 billion (US$161.9 million), compared to RMB811.9 million and RMB898.6 million for the preceding quarter and the fourth quarter of 2011, respectively.

Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) shares increased 2.51% and closed at $38.46 in yesterday’s session. The company will begin trading ex-dividend on March 05, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.14 per share is scheduled to be paid on March 22, 2013. Shareholders who purchased OCR stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 3rd quarter that OCR has paid the same dividend.
