Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE:OCN) shares gained 1.62% to $40.06. The company, on Feb. 28, reported fourth quarter net income of $65.2 million, or $0.47 per share, as compared to net income of $9.7 million, or $0.08 per share, in the same quarter last year. The Company produced record revenue of $236.4 million, up 51% from the fourth quarter of 2011. Income from operations grew in excess of 100% to $137.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2012 as compared to $66.1 million in the same period of 2011.
