Affymax, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFFY) reported the gain of +5.49% to $2.67 in the mid-day trading hours and its total traded volume was 4.97 million shares. Stock price 52 weeks high was $27.74 and 52 weeks low price was $2.34. AFFY has market cap of 99.23 million. Affymax, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in developing drugs to improve the treatment of serious and often life-threatening conditions.

GrafTech International Ltd (NYSE:GTI) shares went down after it reported lower fourth-quarter earnings compared to a year prior, in part because of a significant tax benefit in the fourth quarter of 2011.Its net income in the quarter cut down 49%, to $29 million from $57 million. Profits did not decrease quite as much, decreasing 46% to 21 cents from 39 cents, because of fewer shares outstanding this year.
GrafTech International Ltd (NYSE:GTI) fell -11.24% to $7.03 in the mid-day and its total traded volume was 2.64 million.
