New York, NY -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/06/2012 -- Myriad Interactive Media Inc (OTC:MYRY) announced today that they have signed a letter of intent to acquire a technology firm based in Toronto, Canada. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Shares of Myriad are trading sharply higher on the new, up 100 percent to $0.032 at midday.

Shares of Dynamic Ventures Corp (OTC:DYNV) are trading significantly higher today, currently up 190 percent to $0.04, on strong than normal volume. Dynamic Ventures has a market capitalization of $2.35 million.

Integrated Silicon Solution (NASDAQ:ISSI) has been given a price target of $12.00 and upgraded to a “buy” in a research note issued by ThinkEquity on Wednesday. The stock is currently trading at $10.42, 4.83 percent higher than yesterday’s close. In a separate note, Feltl & Co. also upgraded the company with the same $12.00 price target. Integrate Solution has a $286 million market capitalization and a price-earnings ratio of 6.22.

Shares of Wrapmail, Inc (OTC:WRAP) are trading sharply lower today on light volume, down 35 percent to $0.0235. Yesterday the company was upgraded to an “outperform” rating by James Russell & Co., with a $0.67 price target. Wrapmail has a 52 week high of $0.20.
