Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/06/2013 -- Colorado Ceramic Tile, Inc. (OTC:CTLE) has recently declared that the company has signed letter of Intent with Resinas. The company is contracting for manufacturing and distribution of nano thermal insulating paint coat.

The letter states that a strategic alliance will be developed for the development and distribution of paint coating under an industrial licence agreement for Mexican states.

Both companies are optimistic about this developing joint venture. The management of Nano Labs Corp stated that they are arranging schedules for workshops for proper flow of technology and for proper valuation of inputs and operations to generate best results.
