Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/10/2012 -- The long awaited Neon Museum at the downtown Las Vegas is finally ready for people to visit which will remind many seniors of the old Las Vegas by providing an enticing look of brightly lighted signs.

The Neon Museum, which is rested on two acres, has been famous with the name of Neon Boneyard. It will be open for public on Oct 27, and they will certainly experience a fascinating atmosphere created by over 150 lightly signs.

The chairman of the board of trustees of Neon Museum, Mr. William Marion, according to huffingtonpost.com said, that this is a way to make people remember the old Las Vegas.

"Part of the lure is that people are looking for the `Old Vegas' experience. This is a unique way to show it to people."

The projected budget for operating the museum will be $1 million in the first year. It will entertain people from all ages including senior citizens, adults and children.

Tickets will be available for $12 dollars for senior citizens, locals, students and veterans and $18 for adults. Children, who are under six years of age, will visit Neon Museum for free.

Patrick Klenk, the project architect, added that 16 signs have been put in different places all over downtown which will serve as teasers. He said that they will serve the purpose best as "bits of the Neon Museum spread like bread crumbs."

According to Marion, who is managing partner of Purdue Marion & Associates, said that the effective marketing is expected to bring 400 visitors on daily basis.

An amount of $2.8 million is required for Neon Museum to put all of its plans into practice. It includes proper advertisements on consistent basis to drag the attention of more and more people to this enticing place, which is expected to be worth watching.
