Al Roker discusses his trials to keep weight off, Government provides informational sites

He discusses the pros and cons of the strategy. Roker used the “Today” platform to share tips on ways to avoid or shed weight. For Roker, drinking protein shakes, weight training, helps him build muscle and reduce fat. He also notes that eating proper healthy foods, and avoiding processed food is part of the key to victory when it comes to weight control.
Weight Watchers released a program in time for the new year called Weight Watchers 360. The program builds upon their already set PointsPlus plan, and focuses on eating healthy and steadily.
The United States Government currently has a free online tool in order to health people properly manage intake. SuperTracker.usda.gov/default.aspx helps individuals know all they need to about their food choices. ChooseMyPlate.gov is also chalked full of information for those looking to lose manage food choices properly.
