Xcel Energy Inc (NYSE:XEL) shares fell 0.53% to $28.05 in the last trading session. The company last week said it has up to $30 million available to invest in renewable energy projects and research on new ways to produce electricity from renewable sources, and the company is currently accepting proposals for grants from its Renewable Development Fund.
Additionally, the company, on Feb. 20, announced a quarterly dividend on Wednesday, February 20th. Stockholders of record on Thursday, March 21st will be paid a dividend of $0.27 per share on Saturday, April 20th. This represents a $1.08 annualized dividend and a dividend yield of 3.82%.

Edison International (NYSE:EIX) shares fell 0.36% and closed at $46.41. Drexel Hamilton began coverage on shares of Edison in a report issued on Feb. 20. The firm issued a buy rating on the stock. Separately, analysts at Jefferies Group downgraded shares of Edison from a hold rating to an underperform rating in a research note to investors on February 14. They now have a $40.50 price target on the stock, down previously from $48.50.

Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI) stock declined 0.94% to $3.07. The company, on Feb. 19, announced that former Vice President Al Gore will be the featured guest on an upcoming installment of SiriusXM's "Town Hall" series, intimate gatherings with iconic leaders, newsmakers and entertainers sitting down with a studio audience of SiriusXM listeners.
