Palmer Trinity School (PTS) 7th grader, Marissa Tannebaum, was selected as the winner of the 2016 WLRN/O, Miami ZipOde poetry project. Marissa’s poem was one of more than 1,100 submissions. Participants were asked to memorialize their federally appointed numerical designations by writing an ode to their ZIP code.
Palmetto Bay, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/23/2016 -- As the winner of the Miami ZipOde project, Marissa was invited to read her poem at The Kampong tropical botanical garden in Coconut Grove as part of the O, Miami Poetry Festival.
