Patagonia's BBQ Owner, Miguel Castillo said the company officially opened the new location a few weeks ago and they will constantly provide menu changes and additions. In addition to Argentinian BBQ they will also serve Central American and South American dishes.

Mr. Castillo says, "Our new location is very easy to find. We are in the old Top Tomato plaza right off on Brick Blvd. From the Garden State Parkway we are about 5 minutes from exit 89A."

"This is our first restaurant in the area and we want to offer a versatile menu," says Mr. Castillo. "Our true roots are in BBQ but within our short period of time we have been asked for more traditional foods. Since we grew up on other traditional foods including barbecue we are going to offer Central and South American foods as well as our BBQ specialties."
