The aim of the Development Team is to provide ambitious young racers with the opportunity to enhance their skills by lending both sponsorship funds and driving experience.

Sports Car Club of America National Champion Scott Tucker and his Level 5 Motorsports Team have introduced the new development program team in order to give the champions of tomorrow the best possible chance for them to reach the summit of their motorsports careers. So far the Level 5's Development Team have five young drivers onboard and Scott Tucker is always on the lookout to spot the next potential champion and get them involved with his Level 5 Motorsports Development Team.

The Scott Tucker owned Level 5 Motorsports Team is concentrating on promoting a healthy balance between racing, education and maintaining a positive attitude for young kids involved in the development program. It can be all too easy for parents to get carried away with the ambitions of their children reaching the top of their chosen sport and in the past many kids neglected their education as sports took over as the top priority. This development program goes all out to make sure that both the youngsters and their parents realize the importance of racing progress and their academic responsibilities.
