European Coaching Institute Recruits More Volunteers to Meet Demand for Its Coaching Accreditation and Membership Services

Ashford, Kent -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/09/2009 -- Europe’s leading accreditation organisation for coaches and coach-training providers, has announced that it is now actively recruiting more volunteers. This is a necessary step as the Institute’s operations are rapidly expanding to meet the demand for accredited coaches.

The European Coaching Institute is a non-profit making organisation run by coaches, for coaches. It is internationally focused on raising awareness of the coaching profession, working to build and promote best practice and develop worldwide coaching standards to the highest level.

In promoting such values and ethics demand has massively increased for the wide range of services on offer. As a result, the Institute is now actively recruiting more volunteers to work within a variety of international teams, Australasia, Brazil, Canada, India, Poland, Romania and UK vacancies available within departments; International Liaison, Accreditation, Affiliate Organisations, Conferences & Events, Operations, Public Relations and Standards & Ethics.

All volunteers are dedicated to working towards international recognition and the establishment of governing bodies within countries for professional coaches. The Institute enables individuals and organisations to be confident that the coaches accredited by the ECI are highly-skilled, professional and trained to the highest standards. Training course providers can also be accredited so that individuals are confident that the courses accessed through the Institute are of the very highest standard.

Gerard O’Donovan, CEO of the ECI encourages coaches, who are passionate about achieving these aims, to join the Institute as volunteers. The numbers of hours each volunteer commits to is completely flexible and fits around existing work commitments. Volunteering with the ECI will raise the profile of the volunteer, but the rewards for joining the Institute are immense.

Those wishing to register their interest in becoming a volunteer can do so through the ECI’s website http://www.europeancoachinginstitute.org/about_eci/volunteers.php
