Sana EasyGenerator 7.1 now released

e-Learning authoring with SCORM 2004 publishing possibilities!

Rotterdam, Netherlands -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/17/2009 -- Today, the Dutch software developer Sana Software released Sana EasyGenerator 7.1. With this web based authoring tool it is now easier than ever before to develop e-Learning content.

Offering a high level of customization and Flash integration, Sana EasyGenerator is aiming at high demanding content developers. With the implementation of SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th edition in Sana EasyGenerator 7.1, it reached the highest validation score at the plugfest organized by the Netherlands Institute for Open Connections (NOIV) with a score of 95% -- almost twice the score of the number two on the list.

SCORM validation
From the report: “Sana EasyGenerator is the winner of the validation-test by great distance. A remarkable result, since they especially used the plugfest as an opportunity to implement the open standards with more priority in to the product. They did this in an excellent way.”

This is an illustration of the quality and speed of Sana Software. By using a Lean approach to software development, Sana Software is able to react on partner or customer requests at a short notice. The product and processes are organized in such a way that this doesn’t conflict with the quality of the overall product.

Next to publishing to SCORM 2004, it is also possible to publish the courses to cd-rom or any other offline storage device. Other features brought in the 7.1 version of the product are the possibility to add glossaries to the course. A new “Fill in the blanks” question template is added to the system. And, the learner can now also search the course for certain keywords and generate a certificate after course completion. The list ends with numerous smaller improvements, recommended by our growing network of partners.
