Local Nonprofit Hosts Free Credit Wellness Consultation for Local Residents

CESI Debt Solutions opens its doors to the public for a free session of financial guidance

 

Raleigh, NC -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/26/2010 -- CESI Debt Solutions, a Raleigh, NC based nonprofit organization that educates and counsels consumers on how to become debt-free, is demonstrating its commitment to helping people achieve financial freedom a free counseling event on Thursday, May 27, 2010 for all community residents.

There will be four counselors on-site, including one bi-lingual Spanish speaking counselor, to assist locals seeking advice on how to become debt free and develop lifelong money management skills. CESI counselors are certified by the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies, the Association for Financial Counseling Planning and Education, the National Institute for Financial Education, and the Center for Financial Certifications. Every month, these counselors asssit more than 2,000 people learn how to improve their financial stability and help more than 500 people become debt free from credit cards.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Cameron Village Regional Library at 1930 Clark Avenue in Raleigh.

During each session, a certified counselor will sit down with each person seeking advice to thoroughly assess their goals and current situation. Based on that information, the counselor will be able to recommend the solution that best fits their individual needs.
