Net income came in at $10.6 million versus $22.7 million in the previous year quarter and $10.5 million in the last quarter.The earnings in the reported quarter missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 6 cents per share. Total revenue for the quarter came in at $220.6 million, declining 15.4% year over year and 2.5% sequentially.Software license fees came in at $31.7 million, down 48.7% year over year. Maintenance fees were $102.2 million, down 6.3% annually. Subscription fees amounted to $20.2 million, up nearly 6% from the prior year quarter. Professional service fees were nearly $46 million, down 13.7% from the previous year period. Applicable service fees increased 17.1% year over year to $20.5 million.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp.'s (NYSE:SIX) third-quarter earnings rose 31% on an asset-sale gain, as higher pricing helped to improve ticket revenue.The regional theme-park operator's board also increased its quarterly dividend by 50% to 90 cents. The board had previously approved a tenfold increase in February to 60 cents. Six Flags reported a profit of $253 million, or $4.46 a share, up from $192.9 million, or $3.43 a share, a year earlier. Earnings from continuing operations were $4.33 a share in the most-recent quarter. The latest quarter also included a $67 million pretax gain from selling its minority interest in Dick Clark Productions.Revenue increased 2% to $485.1 million.Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters had most recently forecast earnings of $2.86 a share on revenue of $514 million.Attendance rose 3% to 11.5 million guests. Ticket revenue increased 2.9%, as higher admission pricing offset a significantly higher mix of season passes. In-park sales were up 1%. Shares closed Tuesday at $62.34 and were inactive premarket. The stock is up 51% so far this year.
