The company, prior last week, won a contract to supply 30 megawatts of modules to Gestamp Corp.’s solar unit for two projects in South Africa. Trina will deliver the modules in the third quarter for projects in the towns of Prieska and De Aar, the Changzhou. Gestamp Solar is a closely held developer based in Madrid.

Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE:NBR) shares jumped 4.43% and closed at $17.92. Equities research analysts at Credit Suisse started coverage on shares of Nabors in a research note issued to investors on Jan. 31. The firm set an “underperform” rating on the stock. Additionally, analysts at Deutsche Bank cut their price target on shares of Nabors Industries from $27.00 to $25.00 in a research note to investors on January 17. They now have a “buy” rating on the stock.

Additionally, the company invites to join Anthony G. Petrello, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time for a discussion of operating results for the fourth quarter 2012. Nabors will release earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.

Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:BRCD) shares gained 4.17% to $6 after the company reported a first quarter loss of $21.26 million or $0.05 per share, compared to a profit of $58.58 million or $0.12 per share last year. Adjusted earnings for the quarter improved to $0.21 per share from $0.20 per share last year. Analysts expected earnings of $0.16 per share for the quarter.
