Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (REIT) (NYSE:RHP) shares gained 1.59% to $44.13. The company, on Feb. 15, provided financial guidance for the year 2013 and said it declared its first quarterly cash dividend in its new structure as a Real Estate Investment Trust.

For 2013, the company expects total adjusted EBITDA in the range of $281 million - $297 million. While adjusted FFO, before REIT conversion costs, is expected between $212 million and $225 million, adjusted FFO, after REIT conversion costs, for 2013 is seen between $199 million and $213 million.

Ashland Inc. (NYSE:ASH) shares climbed 1.59% and closed at $80.06. The company will begin trading ex-dividend on February 13, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.225 per share is scheduled to be paid on March 15, 2013. Shareholders who purchased ASH stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 4th quarter that ASH has paid the same dividend.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) shares increased 1.57% and closed at $37.42 in yesterday’s session. The company, last week, said fourth-quarter net income was $1.87 billion, or 41 cents per share, up from $1.66 billion, or 36 cents per share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings were 45 cents per share, topping analysts' average estimate by a penny. Revenue for the quarter rose 4 percent to $11.46 billion, missing analysts' average estimate of $11.53 billion.
