The company has recently announced it plans to issue new American depositary receipts (ADRs), including 640-800 million new shares, to expand its current ADR program as well as finance its panel production material purchases. AUO president Paul Peng recently stated that 2013 would bring a turnaround for the company and that AUO expects to see increased shipments throughout the year starting in March.

Power One Inc (NASDAQ:PWER) stock jumped 9.95% to $4.53. PWER’s stock was upgraded by analysts at Raymond James from an “outperform” rating to a “strong-buy” rating in a research report issued to clients and investors today. The firm currently has a $6.00 price target on the stock.

Additionally, the company announced that for first quarter of 2013, it expects revenue of $175-$200 million. Analysts are expecting the company to report revenue of $195 million for first quarter of 2013.

Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ:BRKR) shares climbed 9.52% to $18.30 in the early hour after the company reported fourth-quarter net income of $12.8 million or $0.08 per share, from $39.1 million or $0.23 per share in the same quarter last year. Fourth quarter 2012 non-GAAP earnings per share were $0.28, compared to $0.30 in the fourth quarter of 2011. Analysts expected the company to report earnings of $0.24 per share for the quarter. Revenues for the fourth quarter 2012 grew 8.9 percent to $517.3 million from $475.1 million in Q4 2011. Analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $483.65 million for the quarter.
