Banro Corporation (USA) (NYSEAMEX: BAA) jumped up 7.66% and closed at $2.53. The Company has entered into agreements to arrange a financing package of up to $90 million, comprising of the issue of preferred shares to the value of $40 million to BlackRock World Mining Trust plc. and credit facilities for aggregate $30 million with two African commercial banks.
