EntreMed expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $10.3 million after deducting agent's fees and other offering expenses. EntreMed has agreed to sell an aggregate of 4,495,833 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase 2,247,917 shares of its common stock. Each unit, consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.5 share of common stock will be sold for a purchase price of $2.40.

Youku Tudou Inc (ADR) (NYSE:YOKU) stock decreased 6.57% to $19.05 after the company yesterday posted fourth quarter net loss of RMB 113.57 million or $18.2 million, narrower than pro forma combined net loss of RMB 198.47 million or $31.9 million in the year-ago period. Loss per ADS narrowed to RMB 0.69 or $0.11 from RMB 1.23 per ADS in the prior-year period. Adjusted net loss for the quarter was RMB 62.25 million or $10 million, compared to pro forma combined adjusted net loss of RMB 174.64 million or $28 million in the prior-year quarter. Net revenue for the fourth quarter grew 30 percent to RMB 635.83 million or $102.06 million from pro forma combined net revenues of RMB 489.35 million a year ago.

SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) shares fell 3.51% to $5.49 after the company yesterday reported a net loss of $301.79 million or $0.63 per share for the fourth quarter, narrower than $388.60 million or $0.97 per share in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted net income for the quarter was $35.29 million or $0.06 per share. Analysts expected the company to report breakeven per share results for the fourth quarter. Total revenues for the quarter soared to $1.34 billion from $373.84 million in the same quarter last year, and significantly topped analysts' consensus estimate of $551.11 million.
