SpartaMatrix Announces Signing of $45 Million Contract

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/5/2005 --SpartaMatrix International announced the signing of a $45 million dollar contract today with T/A Airless Tyres a subsidiary of Prospect S. A. Investments, located in the Republic of South Africa. The term of the contract between the two companies is initially for three years.

The Brisbane based company, winner of the 2004 Australian Technology Showcase, will provide both advisory and logistic services. SpartaMatrix will provide consultation in security and technological control systems.

Logistically the company will provide a comprehensive Management Information System, security system and product tracing through the use of SpartaMatrix’s RFID systems. Other items the company will provide is on-site and off-site date storage for approximately 100 million shipments over the three-year contract period.

Through the contract T/A Airless Tyres will have complete warehouse and inventory controls that will allow the company to use e invoicing, labeling, and packaging for “best price” networking and “just in time” delivery systems.

Mr. Wainwright stated, “This system that we (SpartaMatrix) are installing will allow T/A Airless Tyres to be on the cutting edge of intermodal shipping and they will save money and increase profits by cutting down on theft of inventory, the amount they pay for shipping and delivery”.
