Fitness Life Stories Announces Scott Tucker Fitness Bootcamp

Inspirational fitness blog, Fitness Life Stories, praises Scott Tucker for giving back to his community by planning free fitness bootcamp.

Tampa, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/10/2014 -- A recent article published on Fitness Life Stories, applauds the efforts by Scott Tucker to inspire healthy living, and urges others to do the same.

Personal trainer Scott Tucker, known for his relentless but successful training techniques, recently announced a free fitness bootcamp for locals of his hometown. Tucker is planning to accept overweight individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more living within his community.

Nancy Ross, an editor of Fitness Life Stories, said that she hopes that the story not only inspires people to get in shape, but also inspires other personal trainers to give back.

"When one person starts to take their health seriously, it is a wonderful thing," said Ross, "But what's even better is when someone reaches out and motivates others. Hopefully by publishing this article, more personal trainers will start free workouts in their communities."

According to Tucker, this boot camp is his way of giving to the members of the community that don't have the means to afford the cost of his well-respected boot camps.

“So many members of this community has been so supportive of my business, it's time to start giving back” Tucker says. “I want to target individuals who can really benefit from the bootcamp services I offer and help them to reach their individual goals. Personal trainers can be expensive and not everyone can afford my services. For most, a personal trainer is a necessary component of safe and guaranteed weight loss.”

Fitness Life Stories has experienced success in the past when it comes to spreading new ideas to their readership.

"Our readers really respond to new ideas," said Nancy Ross, an editor of the site. "We've recieved plenty of feedback letting us know that a story we've published has prompted our readers to try new things in their own lives. I think it works out that way because readers of Fitness Life Stories are so dedicated to the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle."

Tucker's eight week program consists of three rigorous early morning workout sessions each week. Accompanied with a diet plan, participants are also given two “homework assignments” amounting to five days each week of extreme exercise.
